Chang Yang visited Malaysia recently, accompanied by local agent, to make an investigation and visited the station of a hydropower project of a central enterprise. SHANTUI and its local agent bidden for equipment contract of the project and signed a contract of more than 10 bulldozers, almost RMB 20,000,000.
According to Chang Yang, SHANTUI will work together with the agent for customer service support, especially service support from the Chinese side. From service personnel dispatch to spare parts storage, SHANTUI has assured the customer by practicing its core value of serving for customer’s satisfaction.
