Shantui and AVIC-INTL held a signing ceremony with Uganda vocational education and engineering machinery project and in Beijing in the morning of October 24, 2019. GM Chang Yang of the company on behalf of Shantui and Deputy GM Wang Qixing of AVIC-INTL signed a cooperation agreement.
