China-Maldives Friendship Bridge is the first cross-sea bridge in Maldivian history and is also the first cross-sea bridge in the Indian Ocean. Crossing over the Gaadhoo Strait, it’s a six-span composite superposed beam V-shaped rigid frame bridge, with overall length at 2km and main bridge length at 760m. Shantui Janeoo concrete mixing plants assisted the construction of China-Maldives Friendship Bridge to make own contribution for promotion of friendship between China and Maldives.
